Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory or hospitality leadership preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required or reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Experience in valet or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate vehicle flow, key organization, and staging areas.
• Assign tasks and provide direction to attendants.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and relay operational updates.
• Monitor attendance, breaks, schedules, uniforms, and grooming.
• Coach employees to ensure professional service and teamwork.
• Assist guests and resolve questions or service issues.
• Ensure safe vehicle handling and key-control procedures.
• Document incidents and report concerns promptly.
• Set up equipment and maintain stocked supplies.
• Review time punches, tips, payroll data, and vehicle counts.
• Communicate staffing and safety concerns to management.
