Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will maintain a friendly, efficient demeanor and ensure safe, courteous service to all guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through parking procedures, and handling tickets and revenue with accuracy; shift coverage includes mid and PM times.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to perform basic math and understand time systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and manage valet tasks.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and opening doors as needed.
• Explain parking rates and vehicle receipts and ensure ticket accuracy.
