Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a courteous Valet Attendant to warmly welcome guests, park cars safely, and assist with directions and local information. You will drive guests when needed, issue tickets, and ensure excellent service at all times.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. A valid US driver’s license and legal work authorization in the United States are required.

Responsibilities

• WELCOME guests to the hotel and safely park their car in the hotel or local garage.
• Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and area information.
• Drive guests to the hotel or garage, following traffic rules and safety.
• Issue valet tickets when needed and assist with parking logistics.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and resolve inquiries about hotel services.
• Open doors for guests and greet them on arrival.

Responsibilities

• Creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car in the hotel or local garage.


• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the area and its attractions.


• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity .


• Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable .


• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, etc.


• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars .


• Hails taxis as needed .

• As the first and last impression of the Resort, this department carries a special responsibility . We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.


• Good communication skills are required.


• This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
