Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Jackson Hole, WY seeks a courteous valet to welcome guests, park vehicles safely, and provide area information. The role emphasizes hospitality, professional appearance, and seamless guest arrivals.

You will work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. A valid US driver’s license and legal work authorization in the United States are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel, restaurant and banquet guests with a warm welcome.
• Assist guests with directions and local information.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe, courteous manner.
• Issue valet parking tickets when needed.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Resolve customer inquiries about hotel services and hours.
• Open hotel doors and provide verbal welcome when not parking.
• Hail taxis as needed.

Responsibilities

• Creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car in the hotel or local garage.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the area and its attractions.
• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.
• Issuesappropriate valetparking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
• Resolves customer complaints,assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, etc.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
• Hailstaxis as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• As the first and last impression of the Resort, this department carries a special responsibility .We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills are required.
• This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Positions requires up to 8 hours of standing and walking.
• Valid US drivers license required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
