Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a friendly Ski Equipment Attendant to deliver outstanding guest service across our ski operations. You will greet guests, assist with gear needs, and ensure equipment is prepared to individual preferences and reservations.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Join a luxury team delivering memorable mountainside experiences in a premier resort setting.

Formación

• Hospitality or guest service experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of skiing and snowboarding preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Legal US work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional ski and guest services to members and guests.

• Label, inventory, and store skis, snowboards, boots, and related gear.
• Prepare and deliver equipment based on guest preferences.
• Maintain equipment inventory records and prevent loss.
• Assist with boot fitting, comfort, performance and safety.
• Coordinate equipment tuning and repairs with tuning staff.
• Organize storage areas for efficiency and premium presentation.
• Collaborate with resort operations and guest services to deliver a world-class experience.
• Drive retail sales by recommending equipment and apparel.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable ski experience.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and proactively assist with all ski and snowboard equipment needs.
• Label, inventory, and securely store skis, snowboards, boots, and related equipment in an organized manner.
• Prepare and deliver equipment prior to member and guest arrivals based on individual preferences and reservations.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory records and tracking systems to prevent loss or misplacement.
• Assist guests with ski and snowboard boot fitting, ensuring proper comfort, performance, and safety.
• Coordinate equipment tuning, waxing, repairs, with tuning staff.
• Organize equipment storage areas to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and a premium presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service tailored to individual preferences.
• Transport equipment between valet operations, ski storage facilities, locker rooms, and designated resort locations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and guests through professional, attentive, and engaging service.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including equipment organization, inventory verification, and facility readiness.
• Collaborate with resort operations, concierge, guest services, ski school, and transportation teams to deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Drive retail sales by identifying guest needs and recommending appropriate ski equipment, apparel, accessories, and resort merchandise.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a hospitality-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, guest service, or ski industry experiencepreferred
• The ideal candidate also has a general knowledge about skiing and snowboarding.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lb
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
