Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles before possession and log tickets.
• Inform customers of valet rate and services.
• Know major streets and provide directions to guests.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for service.
• Assist door staff and bell staff as needed.
• Open doors for guests entering/exiting the hotel.
• Maintain the lobby entrance and cleanliness as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
• Complete assignments from Concierge and Director of Guest Services.
