Qualifications

• 2+ years driver's license
• Prefer ability to drive manual transmission
• Energetic, outgoing and physical (stand/runs/carry up to 50 lbs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in fast-paced guest service environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
• Load, unload, and transport luggage throughout the hotel
• Answer guest questions about the hotel and local area
• Provide directions and guidance on transportation options
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, tickets, tours, and other bookings
• Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and services
• Communicate with hotel staff to resolve guest needs
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional guest arrival area
