Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. seeks a Full-Time Valet Supervisor at Harbour at New River in Fort Lauderdale to lead daily valet operations, supervise attendants, coordinate vehicle flow, and ensure safe, high‑quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. You will enforce safety protocols, manage ticketing and cash handling, escalate guest concerns, and support a positive, service‑oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and verification of work eligibility (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and assignments to meet demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow and guest wait times for efficiency.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure accurate ticketing and vehicle tracking, cash handling, and revenue reconciliation.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Provide onboarding, training, and feedback to staff.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
