Role involves assisting with recruitment, training, schedules, and daily paperwork, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced parking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal 6 month related experience or training.
• Driver’s license required with a valid state-issued license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and safeguard vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork per audit standards.
