Job summary

SP+ is a Metropolis company delivering checkout-free parking experiences across North America. The Aspen location seeks a valet professional to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, maintain safety and SOP compliance, and help recruit and train a strong valet team.

This hourly role includes tips and benefits, with a focus on courteous service and efficient operations. A valid driver’s license, basic education, and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record; manual transmission experience may be required depending on location.
• Clear and effective oral communication.
• Written communication to read and interpret information.
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected events.
• Good judgment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team.
• Create staffing schedule according to anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance to SOPs and protect vehicles/keys.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean of debris.
• Create and implement staging plan to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes and models quickly.
• Substitute for other positions when needed.
• Complete other duties as needed.
