Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor for our Downtown Memphis operations. You will oversee valet activities during your shift, assist guests, and coordinate with the Valet Manager to ensure smooth service and safety.

Requirements include a valid driver's license and prior valet or supervisor experience. The role expects flexibility across all shifts, including evenings and weekends, with pay of $16/hour plus cash tips potentially bringing earnings to $18–$20/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Valet or supervisor experience is required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for patrons during shift and manage tickets/keys/cash.
• Greet customers professionally and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
• Foster positive customer relations with a can-do, caring attitude.
• Build rapport with patrons and manage arrivals at the facility.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly as requested.
• Coordinate with the shift manager on incidents or accidents.
