Job summary

VCU Health is seeking a Valet Attendant Supervisor to oversee the daily valet operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of vehicles and top-notch customer service for patients and visitors.

You will supervise staff, maintain appearance standards, and handle maintenance tasks in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Occasional weekend shifts and inclement weather work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License with a positive driving record is required.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the valet staff to ensure safe and efficient service.
• Provide personal vehicle parking and retrieval for guests while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain appearance standards and perform maintenance/cleaning tasks to keep valet areas patient/visitor-ready.
• Work in inclement weather and may include weekend shifts for events.
