Job summary

SP+ is a leading parking network, delivering checkout-free experiences across locations in North America and Europe. This on-site role supports day-to-day valet operations at our Metairie location, greeting guests, directing vehicle movements, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching a valet team, scheduling, and handling daily paperwork while maintaining a professional image and excellent client relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; ability to drive a manual transmission if required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team and create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure safety of vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork and keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean.
• Implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity and efficiency.
