Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking friendly, safety-minded Valet Drivers to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our parking locations. You will interact with customers, explain rates, and help ensure a smooth in-and-out experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, following traffic laws, maintaining a clean uniform, and reporting accidents or hazards. Flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license and current address in the US.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform and be on time.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
