Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking safe Valet drivers in New Orleans, LA. You will interact with customers, inspect vehicles, explain rates, and ensure safety while following traffic laws.

Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends is preferred; uniform required; you’ll report incidents and assist the team as needed. We are the largest parking network in America, with thousands of locations and employees, committed to equal opportunity and compliant with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents and safety hazards to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks for seamless service.
• Arrive on time in uniform and ready to work.
• Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
