Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles; drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet staff; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safety for vehicles and keys at all times.
• Prepare daily paperwork for audits; ensure drive lanes are clean and organized.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
