Job summary

LOEWS ATLANTA HOTEL seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee the valet parking operations at the Atlanta location. You will manage staff, control revenue, uphold safety, and maintain client relations while reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires leading frontline teams, ensuring high service standards, and coordinating with hotel management to meet guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in high-stress environments with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience supervising valet staff.
• Experience in account management and revenue collection.

Responsibilities

• Supervise location staff: delegate, coach, monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Train new employees and collaborate on onboarding to ensure success.
• Act as client liaison and attend location meetings to maintain relations.
• Assist payroll with clock-in/out accuracy and Punch corrections in PAYCOM.
• Maintain driveway and offices to safety and quality standards; supervise maintenance projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
• Plan, schedule, train and direct frontline staff activities.
• Implement location-specific projects and initiatives.
• Ensure staff maintain friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure valets secure all keys and follow AAA service standards.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
