Job summary

SP+ is seeking a dedicated valet associate in Kansas City to greet guests, assist with in/out of vehicles, and park and retrieve cars with safety and efficiency. You will support team training, scheduling, and ensure SOPs are followed to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Driver's License: Valid license with acceptable driving record; may require ability to drive manual transmission depending on location.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and asks clarifying questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and reads written information.
• Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests professionally.
• Adaptability: Adjusts to changes in the work environment and handle delays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and provide timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team.
• Create staffing schedules according to daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safeguard vehicles/keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork per audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and safe.
