Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an enthusiastic valet attendant at our Aspen location. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a safe, efficient operation aligned with contract guidelines. The role includes assisting with hiring and coaching a valet team and keeping daily records.

We offer extensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Driver’s license required with valid state issue and good driving record.
• Oral and written communication skills required.
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor expected.
• Adaptability to changes in work environment and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team; create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure safety of vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork per audit standards and keep drive lanes clean.
