Reimagined Parking is seeking a Full-Time Valet Supervisor for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. The role oversees daily valet operations, supervises attendants, and ensures safe, efficient service. Pay is $29.40/hour for a non-tipped position with morning shifts and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience in valet, parking, hospitality, or supervision preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and assignments to meet demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow and guest wait times to minimize congestion.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure proper use of valet ticketing systems and vehicle tracking.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Complete incident documentation and coordinate with security or emergency services when needed.
• Provide onboarding, training, and coaching to staff.
