Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Part-Time Valet Parking Attendant at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in California. You will greet guests, issue tickets, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain accurate records with speed and courtesy.

This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check required by policy and law.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure including greeting and ticketing.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist guests with directions.
• Interact professionally as a brand ambassador and help with loading/unloading.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and coordinate towing when needed.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue and tickets.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage as required.
• Report incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Communicate effectively with guests, clients, and team members.
