• Provide a 3 year driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the service drive.
• Ensure every guest gets a warm and proper greeting.
• Direct guest vehicles on the drive and to the appropriate locations.
• Deliver vehicles to technicians, tires or requested locations.
• Assist with loaner desk tasks and loaner agreements.
• Test drives and pickup/delivery of guest cars.
• Inform management of any damage.
• Meet grooming standards and maintain proper uniform attire.
• Report incidents immediately to supervisor.

This is a fast-paced, service oriented, and team focused role. Valet Attendants are responsible for providing high-quality service and handling vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. As a Valet Attendant, you must maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent customer service, and keep a positive attitude at all times.Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:Maintain the service driveEnsure every guest gets a warm and proper greetingProactively assist guests on the driveQuickly and efficiently check in and direct guest vehiclesComplete vehicle tags with Names, VIN, Model, Color, & MileageConnect guests to their service advisors or person who they need to assist themUpdate and direct guests as neededKeep drive clear and move vehicles as neededSafely direct and transfer guest vehicles throughout the dealership or to guestDeliver vehicles to technicians, tires or requested locationsQuickly locate, retrieve, stage, and store vehicles when requestedTouch up vehicles as needed on driveClear items for guests and provide a proper farewellPerform effective walk-around videos of every vehicleProperly document damage or any issuesMove with a sense of urgencyAssist with car wash tasks as needed - follow guidelinesWash, clean inside,vacuum and dry outside carsSafety park vehicles in area requestedInform management of any damageAssist loaner desk task as needed - follow guidelinesOpen and close loaner agreementsStaging loaners for guestTest drivesPick up and deliveries of guest carsInform management of any damageOther duties and tasks as assignedMeet grooming standards; proper uniform attireReport all incidents immediately to supervisorAdherence to corporate policies and proceduresTeam player - positive attitudeAbility to multitask and manage timeAble to work with minimal supervisionAbility to multitask and manage timeQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age to be consideredPass a drug testMust have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 yearMust pass a criminal background checkProvide a 3 year driving recordReliable transportation to and from workDemonstrate a professional appearance and demeanorHigh school diploma or equivalentAn eye for detailAble to cope with the physical demands of the jobHours:This is a full-time positionFlexible hours - shifts available Monday through Friday 6:45am - 6:30pm and Saturday 7:45am - 6:30pmCompensation:Starting at $20 per hourCAG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
