Propark Mobility is seeking a Valet Manager in Hartford, CT. This full-time in-office/field role involves developing and training valet staff, managing schedules, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have parking hospitality experience, demonstrated frontline management, and solid scheduling ability. A bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Experience in parking operations with a hospitality focus is a strong asset.
• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight.
• Experience with scheduling and shift planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and train Valet staff and Captains.
• Create and manage valet schedules to ensure coverage and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist supervisors with customer complaints and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Review shift reports to ensure integrity of operations.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
• Respond to operational issues, including after hours.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards for the organization and client.
