Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests cheerfully and provide friendly service.
• Must be able to park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ability to explain parking rates and assist guests with self-park vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and be courteous at all times.
• Stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs; outdoor work required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them at exit.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain rates and assist guests with self-parking process.
• Inspect vehicles and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and professional conduct.
• Be outside and active most of the day; may assist with cleaning/maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
