Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year valet/bellman experience in a hotel/resort preferred.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean five-year driving record required.
• Must be able to perform the duties of a valet/bellman as described in the GILA WAY.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to guests.
• Oversees luggage transfers and delivery to and from rooms and vehicles.
• Greets incoming guests and escorts them to their rooms.
• Assists guests with special needs and accessibility requirements.
• Delivers messages and room service orders and runs errands for guests.
• Maintains the orderliness and cleanliness of the valet desk and storage area.
