Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ seeks a courteous Bellman/Valet to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide seamless front-of-house service. This role supports lobby operations, drives courtesy shuttle, and escorts guests to rooms while maintaining CIVANA’s high standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking ability, and prior experience in luxury hospitality. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests and internal teams with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and assist with luggage.
• Operate courtesy shuttle and provide lobby door coverage.
• Park and retrieve guest cars; assist with parking and valet duties.
• Deliver room drops and amenities; respond to guest requests.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate issues professionally.
• Maintain lobby and common areas; adhere to CIVANA aesthetics.
