Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a courteous Valet to greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms. This role includes maintaining safety features awareness, guiding guests to services, and coordinating luggage transfers across the property.

Responsibilities also cover loading/unloading vehicles, taxi coordination, paperwork, and supporting other departments. A valid driver's license, hospitality experience, and strong customer skills are essential to deliver excellent guest experiences

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 2-4 years’ Valet experience preferred in hospitality.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of safety features and services; promote outlets when appropriate.
• Store guest luggage and assist with loading/unloading into/out of vehicles.
• Call taxis for guests and prepare tour/delivery paperwork as needed.
• Supervise baggage transfers and amenity deliveries; complete daily paperwork.
