Job summary

Azul Hospitality in Palm Springs is seeking a valet/bell attendant to greet guests, escort them to rooms, and assist with luggage. You will inform guests about safety features and promote hotel services and local attractions.

The role requires lifting up to 45 lbs and driving or moving guest vehicles safely. You will also store luggage, call taxis, supervise baggage transfers, complete daily paperwork, and assist other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to and from rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of safety features and promote hotel services.
• Store guest luggage and assist with loading/unloading of luggage.
• Call taxi for guests as requested.
• Prepare and maintain tour and delivery paperwork.
• Supervise group baggage transfers and amenity deliveries.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Maintain check-in station for appearance and efficiency.
• Assist other departments with transporting boxes and supplies.
• Operate valet area and guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
