Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and valet services for arriving and departing guests. You will help guests with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles promptly, and provide local information with a courteous and professional attitude.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in ticketing and revenue handling, and strong guest communication. PM shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Valid driver's license required or within commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; understand basic instructions.
• Basic math and time-telling abilities for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
