Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our parking and valet locations. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and help with vehicle retrieval in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month related experience or training. Benefits include a 401k and insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have basic math and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Assist guests with luggage, parking and vehicle retrieval in a prompt, safe manner.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and facilities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests and issue/collect tickets as needed.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive service and teamwork.
