Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests across arrival and departure experiences. You will assist guests with luggage, parking and vehicle retrieval, and provide directions and amenities information with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and one month of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or within commuting distance.
• Work Experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Skills: Reading/ writing English; basic arithmetic and time-keeping; able to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions.
• Assist guests with luggage and parking; help with luggage storage when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; collect keys and tickets; maintain accurate vehicle records.
• Total duties align with 100% of the job scope.
