Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or commuting distance from the state.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests.
• Greet guests and manage parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and ticket procedures; handle revenue when required.
