Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or within a commutable distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training required.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time formats (24-hour/military).

Responsibilities
