Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance as applicable
• 1 month related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly demeanor with guests and staff.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assists guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Processes keys, tickets and folios accurately in the valet system.
• Works with guests to provide directions and information about local amenities.
