Qualifications

• Work experience: One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage where applicable and provide bell services.
• Answer questions about local attractions, directions, and transportation options; coordinate with guests and staff.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; handle ticketing, keys, and revenue collection as needed.
