Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills and be able to operate office equipment.
• Must have valid driver license and meet company insurance requirements.
• Experience in hospitality or valet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of hotel services and attractions.
• Store luggage and assist with loading/unloading into cars.
• Call taxis for guests.
• Maintain check-in station and valet areas.
• Promote a positive working environment and adhere to policies.
• Perform daily paperwork and assist other departments with transporting items.
