Job summary

Azul Hospitality is looking for a maintenance technician at the Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining the resort's physical structure and providing technical support to the Maintenance Department.

As an entry-level to mid-level posting, you will perform routine tasks across painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety operations, supporting a busy hotel environment and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in general building trades preferred.
• English fluency required.
• Able to operate hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical work using hand tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for guest rooms and facilities.
• Maintain pool, HVAC, kitchen, laundry equipment and energy conservation.
• Repair and maintain equipment; replace air filters.
• Respond to alarms and guest requests promptly with professional conduct.
• Adhere to safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Cross-train and assist with other maintenance tasks.
