Job summary

Azul Hospitality's Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel is seeking an entry-level Public Area Attendant to maintain sparkling public spaces and assist guests with inquiries.

The role covers cleaning public areas, restrooms, corridors, and guest-access areas; deep cleaning tasks and occasional support with guest requests. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work varying shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in public areas, storage areas and administrative areas.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobby, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and fitness center.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Clean outside areas including porte cochere and other arrival areas.
• Ensure staff break areas and administrative offices are clean and well maintained.
• All other duties assigned by managers and supervisors.
