Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role supports guests at locations with a focus on safety and accuracy, including handling tickets, rates, and guest folios while maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients; greet guests warmly and use guests' names when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local area information; shuttle guests as needed.
