Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Sarasota, FL to provide hospitality and parking services with a friendly, efficient approach. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding them through parking and valet procedures.

The position is part-time (AM/PM) with duties including vehicle park/retrieval, bell services, and answering guest inquiries. A GED or high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and basic English skills are required; driving ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or within commuting distance from the state.
• 1 month related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles."
• Ability to read and write English; understand simple instructions, memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests and employees.
• Basic arithmetic and money handling; understand 24h and military time.
• Operating a manual transmission is highly desirable; parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Ensure accurate ticket information, key tags, and revenue collection for vehicles.
