Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality by welcoming guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage with a focus on courtesy and safety. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:30am–5:30pm, in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic arithmetic and time-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
