Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys, tickets, and claim checks; assist with revenue collection.
