Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate at WinStar World Casino & Resort in Oklahoma. You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and information about the facility and nearby attractions.

The role supports a friendly, efficient guest experience with standard shifts including mornings and evenings; both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applying state or nearby.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and write standard English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and manage parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about the facility and local area.
