Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Somerville, MA to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong English communication, and the ability to handle payments and queries with care; schedule Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with potential for growth within Towne Park’s guest services team.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.
• Strong math skills for handling payments and monetary transactions.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and vehicle handling appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide information about local attractions, events and amenities.
• Explain rates and process for valet service and claim checks.
• Maintain professional demeanor and ensure guest satisfaction.
