Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You’ll greet guests, answer questions and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Work is afternoon/evening, with shifts such as 1:00pm-9:00pm or 5:00pm-1:00am; compensation includes base pay plus tips, and eligibility for accident/illness insurance and a 401k plan. Seasonal roles may vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• One month of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide directions and local info.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
