Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Orlando, FL is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will help park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes AM/PM shifts with an hourly base pay of $10.98 plus $6–$7 per hour in tips, and eligible benefits, including a 401(k) plan and various insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license; must be within commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Reading/writing English; basic arithmetic; understand time formats and money calculations; parking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information; shuttle as needed.
• Explain parking rates; manage tickets, keys and revenue with accuracy.
• Perform all duties with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
