Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner, and assisting guests with luggage where applicable.

You will greet guests, answer questions, help with directions and transportation, and ensure accurate ticketing and rate handling while upholding Towne's standards across Homewood Suites Riverwalk location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use Towne Park phone etiquette; assist as needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with bell services and luggage handling when applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; share information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage ticket information, keys, and revenue collection as required.
