Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a valet and facility support teammate to greet patients and visitors, assist with valet services, and ensure safe vehicle handling. You will handle cash transactions, operate revenue control equipment, and prepare daily sales reports while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge, greet, and welcome patients/visitors.
  • Assist patients/visitors with valet needs.
  • Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles safely.
  • Clarifies parking rates and valet procedures to patients and visitors.
  • Daily collection and categorization of parking ticket transactions.
  • Perform cashiering functions as needed.
  • Stock and maintain revenue control equipment and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Report accidents to manager on duty.

Job description

Under general supervision, this position provides valet and facility support services to patients and visitors of Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) to ensure exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
