Job summary

SP+ is hiring safe valet drivers in West Hollywood, CA. You’ll interact with customers, drive vehicles, explain rates, and help ensure a smooth customer experience while following traffic laws and company policies.

The role involves shifts that may include 2nd or 3rd and weekends, a uniform requirement, and tips eligibility. Join a team focused on safe, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area’s major streets, landmarks, and freeways for seamless service.
• Come to work in clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
