Job summary

SP+ in Baltimore is seeking friendly valet drivers to join our team and help provide seamless drive-in, drive-out parking experiences. You’ll interact with customers, maintain a neat uniform, and represent SP+ with a warm smile.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, explaining rates, following traffic laws, reporting incidents, and assisting management with additional duties as assigned. This is a full-time role with tip eligibility and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and/or weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entirety of the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
